Finally bothered to update my self-sim icon in my navigation bar. I did a new version ages ago, just been lazy. Looks less like I’m made of plastic eh?
My fiancé sent me a link to this TED talk and it was very interesting. It’s all about trying to overcome something by making it a game. Then it turned into large scale game called Super Better.
I just started looking into this but it’s a very interesting concept and the actual challenges are not that different than say, a suggestion from a therapist. It’s just more fun in game form.
It can be played for anything but the reason I’m sharing is that so many people in the Simblr community have said they suffer from depression and this might serve as a useful tool. I’m certainly willing to give it a try.

I generally don’t like to reblog posts on my Simblr because it can easily get out of hand. Yet there are so many posts that I see that deserve more than a “like.” So rather than bookmark everything, I’ve made a sub-blog just for reblogs. If someone is lurking around, reblogging all your posts, it might be me =)
