Adding a foundation to a building that didn’t start with one isn’t that terrible, it just took me a while to sort out to make it work right. I’m not winning any awards here but it’s not terrible for an 8x12 space and certainly better than where I started. The other apartments are empty shells. </p> <p>There’s 8 units on this lot, 6 on the other, but of course they can be combined either with stairs or by taking down walls.
